Who we are

What we collect

Appointment requests (Book Now page): your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service, size and length you want, your preferred date and time, your braiding-hair choice, any notes you add, and whether you agreed to receive offers by email.

Messages (Contact page): your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.

Shop orders: when you buy from our online shop, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, the items you order, and any order notes. If you create an account, we also store your login details and order history. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored on this website.

WhatsApp: when you tap a WhatsApp button, your message is sent through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Those conversations are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

Email offers and unsubscribing

We only send marketing emails to people who opted in. Every email will let you unsubscribe, or you can email nseyakayembe0@gmail.com and ask to be removed at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with services that help us run the business:

Hostinger, which hosts this website and stores form submissions
WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there
Our payment provider, which processes payments for shop orders and deposits
Shipping carriers, which receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order
Google, which provides the map on our Contact page and the fonts used on this site, so your browser connects to Google when those load

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress, our shop and our caching tools use basic cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your cart and remembering that you are signed in. Our shop also records how you found us (for example, a search or social media link) so we can see which channels bring orders. The embedded Google Map may set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment requests and messages for as long as needed to serve you and keep basic business records, then delete them. Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
